Scott Ehlfeldt
Elder Justice & At-Risk Adults Project Director

Scott Ehlfeldt has been a career prosecutor for the last 20 years. He began working in 2001 at the Wayne County Prosecutors Office, handling all types of cases from drug offenses to homicides. After completing various courtroom and other special assignments, he began serving in the in the Elder Abuse Unit. The Wayne County Elder Abuse Unit is focused on the vertical prosecution of cases involving the Financial Exploitation, Physical Abuse, or Murder of Vulnerable Adults under Michigan Law. Scott remained in that unit until 2013, when he accepted a position with the Livingston County Prosecutor’s Office. There, he continued to handle cases involving vulnerable adult victims, in addition to managing a full caseload of various other offenses. He also served as a member of the Livingston County Elder Abuse Coalition through Livingston County Catholic Charities. Scott was hired as the Elder Justice Director for P.A.A.M. in early 2021. He is a 1998 graduate of Western Michigan University with a BA in Political Science. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from the Detroit College of Law at Michigan State University in 2001.  


Katlyn Bolan
Elder Justice & At-Risk Adults Conference Coordinator

Katlyn Bolan is the Elder Justice & At-Risk Adults Project Coordinator. Katlyn joined PAAM in April of 2021. She has previous experience in the banking industry and is currently pursuing a Criminal Justice Degree with Ferris State University.
